Code d'Or provides several services that are complementary to our Interactive Design Interactive Development and Interactive Consulting work.

Clients can directly use the suppliers we're using, or we can arrange things like hosting, setup, domain names, etc. for you. All this is done transparently, and as part of the support we provide for the projects we help to bring online. A list, not necessarily complete, of services includes:

Hosting
We provide shared and dedicated hosting solutions, in close collaboration with external suppliers and external consultants, where necessary. Some clients use our hosting services as part of a project that we carry out from A to Z. Others rely on Code d'Or to manage just the hosting aspect, and have their internal developers take care of setup and development.

Domain name registrations
One of the most important things when bringing a project online, is the choice and selection of domain names and the countries you'd like to set up a webshop. We can provide you with almost every avaialble domain name through our external partners. We register the domain names in your name of course, so please provide us the licensee information like company, contact name, address, country, telephone number and email address.

Certificates
If you have a webshop or run a service that you'd like to have secure access to, we can register and install SSL certificates through our external partners on your hosting accounts. We'll need some specific information before we can set this up, please contact us for more information if you're thinking this might benefit your project.

Backups
We often get the question how we tackle backups of online transactions, live databases, etc. We have a regular backup plan avaialble for the hosting packages on our own servers, but some clients might need or might want more than the basics we already provide. We can arrange onsite and offsite backups according to your needs, but it's necessary to have good backup definitions and specifications, which can be discussed together.
